Winter doesn`t come alone, unfortunately, but it comes with cold and illness. We all feel a lack of sunlight and heat in winter, and therefore a lack of energy. Unlucky, many people, caring for their health at this time of the year, are primarily concerned with hair, nails and skin, while it would be worth supporting the whole body. So, how to deal with the state of apathy, how to maintain your body in winter, where can you find a source of strength for important things during this difficult period for the whole organism? Following these simple steps, you will always feel good, no matter how many degrees are outside.
Control your diet
Winter is the time to refuse or limit as much as possible in the diet products which are made from flour or sweet. This is the best period for increasing the number of winter spices on the menu. The main point for maintaining the body is to saturate it with fats, so winter is not the convenient time for diets. The key to be healthy in winter is a full sleep, which should take at least 9 hours in a day. It is better to go to bed no later than 10 hours so as not to expose your body to additional stress. If you feel tired and weak during the day, then the best solution to this problem is a short day’s sleep for 15-20 minutes, which we call nap. Even short-term immobility of the body in the “lying” state restores the body’s strength better than physical warm-up.
In the cold season, it is better to sleep in a room where the temperature will be 17-19 degrees Celsius, because with these indicators you will not be tormented by headaches and insomnia. Try to get up immediately, as soon as the alarm clock rang. If you get up for a long time it does not allow the brain to quickly enter the working rhythm, and as a result, you may feel inhibited for the whole day.
Do physical activity
Many do not want to admit it to themselves, but it is obvious that people do not want to play sport games in the fresh air in winter. Doctors advise that, even when it’s cold, find enegry to walk in the fresh air. For joggers, winter is no reason to put off their hobby until the spring sun.
