It doesn’t mean that cooking is one of the less interesting and the most isolated part of national culture. National cuisine can be very various, versatile and imaginative-provoking.
National cuisine highlights the culinary traditions and technologies, which are inherent to each country or local people. What is more, historical background is an important feature of any national cuisine. Most of the dishes that belong to the national cuisine in a particular area were likely to be prepared firstly a few centuries ago or even more. Often every specific dish includes the ingredients, that can be theoretically grown in that terrain. And for good reason you could try real tastefully incredible sushi only in Japan as well as Italians would never give up to you the secret of perfect pasta recipe.
