Apple will appear at CES 2020 in Las Vegas, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gourmet. The main goal of the company is to demonstrate the Apple HomeKit smart home system.
Some companies will showcase new home gadgets that work with Siri, Apple’s digital assistant.
Also, Apple CEO Jane Horvath plans to give a presentation on January 7 in the section on consumer privacy – this is confirmed by the CES website. The company will not announce new equipment at the exhibition, Gourmet reports.
Apple has not officially participated in CES since 1992. Then the company presented the Newton laptop computer.
At CES 2020, Amazon and Google will promote existing digital assistants through their own Internet-connected gadgets and similar products from other manufacturers. It is assumed that both giants will introduce new software features and share statistics.
The Consumer Electronic Show 2020 will be held in Las Vegas from January 7 to 10.
